Paschal is an outstanding insurance professional with over 30 years experience across both underwriting and insurance broking. He has in the past 15 years been the Managing Director/CEO of Mainstreet Bank Insurance Brokers Company Limited (Formerly Afribank Insurance Brokers Company Limited) from where he voluntarily retired.
Paschal is a multidisciplinary insurance professional and has the academic qualifications of B.Sc (Hons) Second Class Upper degree in Sociology from University of Nigeria, M.Sc. Industrial Sociology from University of Ibadan, MBA from University of Lagos and Post Graduate diploma in Public Relations from the Nigerian Institute of Journalism. He has the professional qualifications of Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London (ACII) and Fellow of both the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers and the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (FCIB and FIIN). His fellowship dissertation to the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria has been described as outstanding and of high value to micro insurance development in Nigeria. It has accordingly been published in the Insurance industry journal.Paschal is an oil and gas insurance enthusiast and the author of the industry’s star book – Oil and Gas Insurance In Nigeria, the Market, the money and the controversy. Additionally, he has written two other books, presented numerous outstanding technical papers and is highly published and reviewed in credible insurance industry journals.
As the team leader in Enterprise Trust Insurance Brokers Limited, Paschal is investing all his intellectual energy to creating an insurance broking firm that will creatively offer solutions to all risk situations which entrepreneurs face in Nigeria and the African continent.Augustine Paul INEGBENEHI has over 25 years of successful experiences in providing Financial Advisory, Statutory & Internal Audit, Accounting Services, Fiscal Management, Corporate Planning and Strategy, Enterprise Risk Management and Operational Leadership in uniquely challenging environment across Insurance Industry, Audit, Tax, Consulting, and Financial Advisory Services, having served as a senior management staff in various organizations including, Paul Osian & Co, (Chartered Accountants), Audit Manager; Sola Oyetayo & Co (Chartered Accountants), Senior Manager Audit , Consulting and Financial Advisory; Great Nigeria Insurance Plc (AGM) Audit, Internal Control, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM); Anchor Insurance Company Limited (DGM), ERM, Performance Management, Corporate Planning and Strategy, among others.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree, Second Class Upper Division in Insurance From Enugu State University of Science and Technology, (ESUT) Enugu; an MBA Management from ATBU, Bauchi; MSc Banking and Finance from University of Nigeria, Nsukka; an MSc Economics from ESUT; He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, (FCA); an Associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACIT); an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIN); Professional Member, the Institute of Operational Risk (UK); Professional Member, International Association of Risk and Compliance Professionals (CRCMP) (USA). He has attended several local and international workshops, conferences and executive training programmes.Samuel Agoh started his insurance carrier with African Alliance in 1994. Sam is a life specialist. His experience is deeply rooted in Pension, Group life, Individual Life, Annuity and Retail. He joined Enterprise Trust in 2016 as General Manager Operations. Sam bagged Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. He also has Master of Science in Risk Management from University of Lagos. He is an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.
Mr. Solar Olawale has a B.sc in Botany From Lagos State University, Ojo. He started his career at Prime Loss Adjuster as a Loss Adjuster in 2001. He also worked in Sovereign Trust Insurance as a Claims Administrator in 2002 and Unic Insurance Plc as its Regional Manager West in 2007 .In 2011 he joined Old Mutual Nigeria as a Broker development manager and 2016 he was appointed the Acting Area Sales Manager and Worksite Acquisition Manager in 2017. He moved on to Parthcare laboratories in July 2017 as Chief Sales Officer. In January 2018 he was appointed as the Executive Director Business Development at Enterprise Trust Insurance Brokers.
His career as afforded him to build product, sales team and develop strategy for different category of sales staff and market segments.He is an associate member of the chartered insurance institute of Nigeria.
